These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and j111 (hereinafter "j111," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the j111 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at j111.im.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on j111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the j111 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with j111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and j111.

To register and use j111, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j111, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a j111 account that has been previously suspended or permanently closed for misconduct.

j111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified to j111's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated prior to successful age verification may be withheld until the verification process is complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the j111 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your j111 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• Notify j111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your account information promptly whenever any personal details change.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, where such activity results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

j111 may, at its sole discretion, refuse any registration application or close any existing account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that the integrity of the platform is at risk.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, j111 may require you to submit identity documents including a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

All financial transactions on j111 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). j111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your j111 account balance within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. j111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• j111 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• j111 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are typically completed within the same business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after all relevant KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.
• j111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

j111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on j111 contribute equally — or at all — to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum Odds: Sports betting bonuses may require bets to be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Abuse: j111 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any promotion, and suspend or close any account where bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of technical errors — is detected or reasonably suspected.

j111 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will not be affected, provided they continue to comply with the promotion's existing terms.

All games available on the j111 platform — including live dealer casino games, slot machines, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game outcomes conducted by human dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• All sports betting odds are set by j111 at its sole discretion. j111 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the round in progress will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account balance.
• j111 maintains comprehensive game logs and transaction records. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, j111's records shall be considered conclusive and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the j111 system cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j111 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or accessing the platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the use of j111.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with j111's games or betting markets in a manner that is not available to ordinary players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sports event or casino game.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after withdrawing winnings or after receiving bonus funds.
• Attempting to circumvent j111's security systems, access controls, or technical protection measures by any means.
• Using j111's services for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to j111 without express written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any j111 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on j111 content.
• Use j111's trademarks, brand names, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the j111 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of j111's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j111, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the j111 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from gaming or betting activity conducted on j111.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches not directly caused by j111's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of bonus funds due to breach of promotion conditions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the j111 platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, j111's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your j111 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

j111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on j111 and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Closure by j111: j111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Use of the platform by a player under the age of 21.
• Any conduct that j111 reasonably considers to be detrimental to the integrity of its platform or harmful to other players.

Where an account is closed by j111 for cause, j111 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Balances arising from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited in their entirety.

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of j111's services, you must follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Support: Submit your complaint to j111's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
2. Initial Response: j111 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and provide an initial assessment within 7 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to j111's management team by clearly stating your grounds for escalation in writing.
4. Final Decision: j111 will issue a final written decision within 28 days of the original complaint submission, except in cases involving complex investigations which may require additional time.

All disputes regarding the outcome of individual games or bets must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted outside this window will not be considered.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j111 holds its international gaming licence.

By using j111, you irrevocably agree that the courts of j111's licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to j111's right to bring proceedings against you in the courts of any jurisdiction where you reside or conduct activities in breach of these Terms.

Nothing in this clause shall limit j111's right to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where j111 reasonably considers it necessary to protect its rights or property.
